- We sell by bundle or bag, no loose items.
QUALITY PRODUCTS
- We only use good quality materials on all our products for the required application. No inferior quality mixture is used.
- Our moulds are serviced to maintain a good aesthetic appeal and usability for the application.
- We accept returns as long as the product is proven defective and is not left out in the sun for prolonged periods as this makes the product brittle and sometimes warped.
MOULDS
- Moulds can be tailor-
made to client’s requirements. Clients must provide accurate specifications. - Once approval for specification is given by customer, and material purchased, customer is liable for incurred costs, even if customer terminates the manufacturing process.
- Buildacc is open to negotiate taking ownership of moulds, and therefore paying for the cost of the mould.
DELIVERY
- Free delivery within 50 kms and to the order value of 3,000 rands or more.
- Delivery for regular customers is free of charge within 100 kilometres and regardless of value.
